6. Love the short form. You’ve got in some really pointedly poetic thoughts there. I was about to do some quoting, but then I realized I was talking about the whole poem, so there you go:

   “He writes you now
   after we’ve written him off
   but remember

   in a war of words

   you’re a decorated veteran
   and this time

   it’s your battlefield.”

   Everything all over again. Beautiful.
